| Leader background: |
| Peter Hornung studied in Vienna, Austria, and Regensburg, Germany, and holds a Masters degree (M.A.) in Political Science and History. He also studied Journalism at the University of Mainz. He worked as a radio editor, presenter and reporter at Hessischer Rundfunk, before becoming correspondent and bureau chief of ARD German Broadcasting in Prague, Czech Republic. He is currently an editor and investigative reporter at Norddeutscher Rundfunk and a research lecturer at the Academy of Journalism (AfP) in Hamburg. Since 2017 Peter has been investigating predatory journals and conferences and has coordinated an international media coverage on that issue. |
